UNIQUE SANITARY DESIGN PER APPLICATION
CONCEPTUAL AND FINAL PROCESS DESIGN
Every process is unique. Therefore, BMI will work with each customer to develop conceptual block flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to help define the process and the major components that will be required. All process systems designed and installed by BMI are unique. They are based on the customers’ requirements, operating guidelines, process, facility layout, and schedule. BMI will custom design every project to fit the unique needs of our customers.

FACILITY LAYOUT
The layout of equipment is a very important part of the design. BMI will consider the plant layout so the process installation has the minimum impact on existing plant operations. We will make the best use of available space, determine what components should be skid mounted or field installed, and locate equipment in a manner that will minimize equipment installation time and cost.

DETAILED ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IDENTIFICATION AND MANUALS
During the design and construction phase of a project, BMI will develop and maintain an equipment list for all items with a tag number on the P& ID. This document will be available to the customer throughout the project, so as to keep them aware of the components being selected for the system. At the end of the project, a manual on CD will be issued with equipment manuals in Adobe Acrobat Reader format and all key drawings will be issued in Autodesk AutoCAD® drawing format.
